• We serve pure vegetarian meals at our resort, Jain meals can be served on request.
• Egg preparations can be served on request.

• Outside food, beverages (alcoholic/ non-alcoholic) and hookah is strictly prohibited.
• Buffet setup will be subject to total occupancy of the resort, otherwise, the meals will be table served.

• Check-in time is 02:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in will be offered on request, subject to room availability and time. Maximum 02 hrs late check-out can be accommodated subject to availability.
• Considering COVID situation, we request you to check-out on time as we are following all COVID protocols issued by the government for the safety of our guests and staff, kindly cooperate.
• Foreign Nationals are requested to carry scanned copy of the passport &visa as it is a statutory requirement (Mandatory for all foreign nationals). Please carry the original document as well for verification.
• For Indian nationals, valid photo identity proof along with an address by the central/state government will be acceptable (Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, Voter’s ID).
• All guests are requested to carry documents as mentioned in point C & D, applicable on individual and group bookings.
• Taxes are imposed by government authorities and are subject to change at the discretion of the government which may be collected at resort.
• All reservations on direct payment will be confirmed only against advance payment by Bank transfer or Payment Link
• Pets are not allowed.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
• For the GST invoice, kindly let us know at the time of confirmation with GST Certificate. Post check-out we are unable to make any changes to the bill.

• Reservation cancellation requests received 15 days prior to the check-in date, we shall provide 100% refund.
• Reservationcancellation requests received 8 - 14 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a 50% cancellation charge & dates change option would be given as per availability. In case there is a difference amount the same needs to be paid.
• Reservation cancellation requests received, within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date, 100% retention will be charged.

• The check in procedure includes mandatory health declaration (We request you to carry final vaccination certificate or Negative RTPCR test reports not less than 48 hours), failure to express the statement may result in the inability to provide the hotel service.
• Deep cleaning and disinfection of rooms, restaurant areas and activity rooms are done on regular intervals.
• All public spaces are equipped with hand sanitizers.
• Staff training in the proper conduct of sanitary procedures and caring for own and guest safety.
• At the same time, we would like to inform you that all detergents and materials used for disinfection have the necessary anti-virus and bactericidal certificates.
